the Role

Step into a pivotal role at Evervet Prahran as an Experienced Veterinary Nurse, where you’ll be at the heart of exceptional veterinary care. This full-time position offers a balanced work-life dynamic and involves:

  • Lead Fear Free Practices: Drive our commitment to stress-free, compassionate veterinary care, setting the standard for a calm and positive experience for our patients.

  • Provide Personalised Care: Deliver high-quality care for pets and their owners in a supportive and welcoming environment.

  • Maintaining High Standards: Uphold hygiene and equipment standards to ensure Gold Standard care.

  • Diverse Nursing Duties: Oversee pre-and post-operative care, pathology, emergency, and critical care.

  • Client Relations: Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

About you

We are seeking an Experienced Veterinary Nurse who shares our commitment to exceptional patient care and client service. Ideal traits include:

Qualifications/Experience

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a clinical setting preferred but not essential.

  • Qualifications: Veterinary Nursing qualifications or equivalent skill set.

  • Skills: Confident in animal handling, anaesthetic monitoring, and veterinary procedures.

  • Software: Experience with ezyVet is a plus.
