New software makes booking easier

We have recently changed our software at Evervet. Anyone who has visited us in the last few weeks will have shared that experience. As it is all getting bedded down and starting to work correctly we are starting to experience some of the new features.

One thing that is much better is the provision of an online portal to our clients. Eventually this will allow you to do things like changing address, checking reminders and even requesting repeat medications and a copy of your pet’s history.

For now the great thing for you is the streamlining of on-line bookings. You can now book an appointment only one half an hour away (presuming there is one free). It used to be more than a day away.
